Despite uncertainty in broader economic indicators, Scottsdale remains a destination of choice for luxury buyers, out-of-state relocators, and investors alike. 3. 85266 – Far North Scottsdale

4. 85254 – “Magic Zip Code” (Scottsdale Address, Phoenix Taxes)

Although geographically within Phoenix, it carries a Scottsdale mailing address, giving it what locals call “magic zip code” status. The shopping in the area is exceptional and the new PV Reimagined is an amazing outdoor shopping community.
